Summer in the Potomac Heights Garden-Week 5

Standard

Week 5! I write this after recently feasting on some freshly harvested delightful produce cooked by my Grammy, including: summer squash, beets, asparagus, and peas. Delicious! This week in the garden we have an abundance of onions drying in the shed and an amzing variety of herbs doing just the same. We have harvested, since we last spoke, summer squash, onions, mint, oregano, sage, asparagus, and green beans. We also have received the go ahead from the University to do a mini-farmers market! I will give everyone details as soon as I have them! This is all very exciting stuff. But I will get to the pictures! (instead of a plantography this week, I will include pictures from my dinner 🙂
